I am glad you are here.

As Ram Dass famously said: “we are all just walking each other home.” To me this means we are here to connect, to show up for one another with our big life questions, our challenges, our curiosities, hopefully our delight. Yet we might hold back from talking about certain things because they feel too big or not appropriate for casual conversation. I am here for these types of conversations and explorations.

We all get stuck at times. We might feel isolated due to embarrassment, shame, or another self-judgemental emotion. Even really good things that happen to us can feel confusing or stressful while we adjust to the new normal. I bring mindful self-compassion into the space with my clients, allowing for new possibilities to emerge. Healing wisdom is within each of us, and the power to access that inner wisdom is often cultivated by connecting with someone who can inspire and nudge us toward calm, creative solutions. My personal growth has come from this method and I am honored and grateful to be able to pay it forward.

Whether you arrived here with what I call a Crisis of Abundance (too many good things can be overwhelming, too) or you are feeling frustrated/worried/overwhelmed/devastated regarding a life event or are facing a personal crisis or adjustment, it is easy to spin and stagnate when trying to work through things alone in one’s thoughts. Our nervous systems can co-regulate when we spend time with others who are grounded and focused on being present and committed to listening to us.
