You trusted yourself to walk this journey of self-exploration, expansion of possibilities, flourishing of your inner wisdom. I trusted myself (and obtained the credentials) to be your therapeutic dance partner, to offer clarification along the way. Together we can co-create 'acceptance of what is' while welcoming movement toward your goals, expectations, visions, aspirations. 

I appreciate this therapy mindset: "unconditional positive regard" - it acknowledges that there is basic goodness in you, in me, in every one of us. What has happened to you is part of your story but it does not have to define or limit who you want to be or how you grow. I bring nearly 30 years of client-centered careers (acupuncturist and nurse) to my work as therapist. Supporting humans in the movement toward wellbeing is my vocation. 

We can explore what style works best for you, and what are the current barriers/challenges you are experiencing. I operate from a worldview that is inclusive, with Love as the undercurrent connective element. Reclaiming joy, cultivating healthy relations, knowing peace, forgiveness of self and others, is possible. There are eight identified "C" words in the Internal Family Systems model of integrated Self: calm, compassion, confidence, creativity, courage, curiosity, clarity, and connectedness.
